Who arrives is who you booked
Before a profile goes up, someone from the agency has met the model in person or on a video call and seen her documents; the call stays on file, and the photographs are hers and recent. If the person who arrives is not the one on the profile, the evening is on us: you do not pay for the meeting, any deposit comes back, and a replacement is with you within the hour.
The figure does not move
- The rate in your confirmation is the rate you pay. Extras are on the profile with their price or not offered at all; nothing appears at the door.
- A deposit holds her time for a booking made ahead and is returned in full when we cannot deliver the booking as confirmed.
- Cancellation is free up to 10 hours before the meeting, and one reschedule is free when a prepayment was made.
The hour is the hour
- A reply within 15 minutes, day and night, in the channel you chose.
- From one hour ahead for the same evening. The time in the confirmation is the time she is in the lobby; if that changes, you hear it from us before you notice.
- A delay you did not accept, or a no-show on our side, returns any deposit in full and brings a replacement at once.
If something is not right
Say so in the same chat, at once. A meeting that did not match the page is not charged; anything else is settled in the conversation, with the reference number of the booking in front of both of us. The questions clients ask first, with the rules in numbers, are written down beside this page.
