The annual reshuffle
January is migration month. The holiday season ends — New Year in Moscow, Christmas in Dubai, the winter break everywhere — and the roster reshuffles. Models who spent the high season in one city evaluate their next three months. Some stay. Some move. And the manager coordinates the largest rotation of the year.

Where they go
The migration follows a pattern the manager has watched repeat for years.
Dubai keeps its core. The October arrivals who built a regular client base through the high season tend to stay through March. Rosemary is not going anywhere — her Business Bay apartment is her home, and her repeat clients would notice the gap. Corinne on the Palm stays year-round. The Dubai roster loses some of the December additions — models who came for the holiday surge and return to their home cities — but the foundation holds.
Moscow thins. The New Year holiday peak is over by January 7. The models who worked the 31st and the first week take a break. Some travel — Bangkok, where it is warm, or home, wherever home is. The Moscow roster drops by twenty to thirty percent in the second week of January and rebuilds slowly through February.
Hong Kong gains. Chinese New Year is in late January or February depending on the year, and models start arriving in the weeks before. The Hong Kong roster builds in January specifically for the CNY demand. Bomi is already there, but models from the Dubai and Bangkok rosters rotate in to catch the pre-CNY flow.
Hebe stays in Hong Kong through January without interruption. Minji takes a short break in early January and returns by the 15th. Honoka visits Japan for a week and comes back rested and ready for the CNY surge.

Bangkok fills. The reverse of Dubai's summer exodus. January through March is Bangkok's high season — cool weather (by Bangkok standards), dry days, and the tourism peak. Models who spent the monsoon months with reduced schedules come back to full availability. New models from the region join the roster.
Almaty and Astana stabilize. The smaller rosters do not migrate as dramatically. A model or two rotates in from Dubai or Moscow. The core stays. Almaty in January is cold, quiet, and precisely the kind of city where an evening with a model in a warm apartment becomes the high point of the week.
What January means for you
New faces. The model who was not on the roster last month is there now. She is fresh to the city, recently verified, eager to make an impression. January bookings with new arrivals have a first-time energy — not nervousness, but a specific attentiveness that comes from a model who is building her reputation in a new market.
The manager knows who is new. Ask. "Who just arrived in Dubai?" gets a real answer — names, photos, a description of what makes the new model worth trying. The manager's recommendation for a January arrival is worth more than browsing the catalog, because the new model's card does not yet have the booking history and repeat signals that guide selection for established models.
The opportunity
January is the month to explore. The roster is in flux, which means models who are normally difficult to book have openings. Models you have never seen appear on the catalog. The combination of post-holiday availability and new arrivals creates the widest selection window outside of October in Dubai.
According to Skyscanner's annual travel data, January sees the sharpest rebalancing of international travel flows as holiday routes reverse and business travel resumes. The escort roster mirrors this exactly.
The models move. The roster redraws. January is the month where the catalog refreshes, and the man who browses now sees possibilities that did not exist in December. The migration is already happening. Your next booking might be with someone who arrived yesterday.
